Social Media Lead, Marketing
As the Social Media lead for Myntra, you will be responsible for developing and
executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand consideration, drive
engagement, and positively impact key business metrics. You will lead a team of social
media specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create
compelling and cohesive social media campaigns. You will leverage your fashion
forward creative bent of mind to experiment with content and formats to push the
boundaries of organic engagement.

Role &Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize and execute a strategic social media plan to achieve business
objectives, including brand consideration, audience growth, engagement, and
● Build and manage an anchor calendar for social handles (incl Insta, FB, X, YT,
Snap) keeping up with the latest social trends and conversations, to drive organic
● Collaborate with internal cross functional teams (Marketing, Category, App
marketing, PR) and external agencies to align social media campaigns with other
initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
● Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative
strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
● Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of social media
campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
● Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance,
feedback, and mentorship to optimize performance and drive results.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion, social media, and technology to
inform strategy and content creation.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and
partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
● Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management, preferably in the
fashion or ecommerce industry.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that
drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-
paced environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively across cross functional teams
● Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging
● Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
● Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
● Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
