Deputy Director - Myntra ads planning and strategy 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Overall responsibility of driving monetization target by creating the right value proposition across display and search based advertising on myntra 
  2. Ideate and setup processes across demand, operations and cross functional teams for smooth business process and efficient scale up for every new advertising proposition
  3. Identify demand opportunities and convert those into recognisable income to meet the monthly and annual monetization target with demand team
  4. Create and validate data models to drive incremental goodness across the new businesses and monetisation opportunities.
  5. Work closely on creating annual, monthly and quarterly plans for the business and create similar weekly reports for review purposes on the achievements 
  6. Ensuring great stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders including BU heads, marketing, creative, revenue, product, store-front and finance. 
  7. Derive actionables to continuously improve the value proposition with changing market scenarios and competition benchmarking
  8. Responsible for a complaint  month end realization of monetisation income 

Requirements:

A candidate who has

  • A proven track record of ideating, scaling new businesses
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
  • An ability to learn quickly and lead and establish the  team
  • A strong bias for action

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA from tier 1 institute. 
  • 6+ years of experience in work exp in managing ads, category, planning and strategy
