The person should possess the below requirements:
Data-Driven Insights:
● Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, helping drive informed decision-making.
● Develop and present regular reports on key HR metrics related to the function.
Performance Management:
● Manage the execution of performance management e.g. annual and mid year promotions, feedbacks with Timeline adherence Employee Relations and Workforce Planning
● Address complex employee relations issues, partnering with leaders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
● Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
● Work with business to address management requests for analysis on payroll cost, leaves, performance etc.
Talent Management:
● Partner with leadership to identify key talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning.
● Implement talent development strategies to build a high-performing team, including leadership development and skills enhancement.
Organizational Development:
● Facilitate organizational development initiatives within the function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes continuous review and evaluation of organisation structures and ensure we have the right people in the right jobs.
● Work on change management strategies to support the evolving needs of the business
Others
● Rewards and Recognition management for the business teams
● Contract employee management
● Organize and draw insights for proactive intervention from various leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings
● Drive employee engagement activities
● Partnering with Talent acquisition team to close on the open positions within approved TAT
●Partnering with L&D team to draw success of initiatives planned for team/individuals with respect to skill gaps and development areas
● Employee MIS maintenance
● Tracker updation and maintenance - PIP, hiring, PTM etc
Qualifications & Experience
● MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR Business partnering.
● Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns
● Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
● Should have keen eye for details
● Ability to work in an agile and ambiguous environment
● Proficiency in MS Excel
