Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Learning Business Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to identify learning needs, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to assess learning needs and priorities.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and leverage internal and external resources to develop engaging and effective training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create content and materials for learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Training and Facilitation experience for leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in learning and development - 10+ yrs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure impact.
- Knowledge of learning technologies . LXP / LMS implementation
