Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Learning Business Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to identify learning needs, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to assess learning needs and priorities.
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and leverage internal and external resources to develop engaging and effective training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create content and materials for learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Training and Facilitation experience for leaders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in learning and development - 10+ yrs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure impact.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies . LXP / LMS implementation
