Role: Incumbent of this role will lead HR Strategy, Performance Management, Program Management & Data Governance portfolio. S/He will be also Program Manage/ lead organization wide projects from CHRO’s office. Additionally, the role will oversee the employer branding charter for the organization.

Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team to develop the org level OKRs and drive the goal setting process across the organization
  • Manage end to end the performance review process and the promotion cycles for the entire organization
  • Partner with HR leaders to design and implement process and frameworks to drive a culture of high performance

HR Analytics & Data Governance:

  • Establish and execute the overall strategy for employee data at the company. This includes data governance practices, tools, technology and the team required to provide actionable information and insights about our people to drive a rewarding employee experience, and business success.
  • S/he will partner closely with business and HR Leadership, build the systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and will interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics.

Program Management:

  • S/He will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the various COE. S/He will work closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partners & COE functions
  • Design and implement a governance and review of all the HR functions/processes for the CHRO
  • Help co-design & drive HR strategies across business units and work closely with the HR leaders in tracking various projects within their spans.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Develops and produces metrics and reports to leadership on various activities and projects with HR team
  • Provides clear and concise documentation that supports the milestones of the project, represents key business decisions made, and obtains sign off from stakeholders

Employer Branding:

  • Oversee the overall employer branding charter and work with stakeholders to define the strategy and initiative plan
  • Monitor the effectiveness of planned initiatives and impact on the overall Myntra brand
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams and influence leaders to design and execute branding initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate with 8-12 years of broad HR experience including talent management, performance management, HR technology & Analytics
  • Exposure to work on employer branding will be an added advantage
