Deputy Director - Customer Loyalty

 About Team- Customer Loyalty team owns the Myntra loyalty program “INSIDER” and drives the entire customer experience of the most loyal customer base of Myntra

Roles & Responsibilities:  You will be responsible for driving retention, diversity and frequency growth of INSIDER members by providing them the right experience on Myntra across the entire customer life cycle and journey

The role requires long term strategic thinking to come up with the right loyalty program to drive the best experience for Myntra Customers. This will be enabled by driving multiple programs across all teams of Myntra and requires a high degree of ownership and stakeholder alignments.

You will have a team to support

Qualifications & Experience  

Master’s degree from a Tier 1 B-school  with 5 years of post MBA experience or Graduation from a tier 1 college with 7+ years’ experience,  e-commerce/ related fields preferred

High customer focus and ownership and strategic thinking

Must must showcase ability to lead, mentor and manage high performing individuals  

Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders independently  

High competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must) 

Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.  

Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
