Job description -
- Lead the development & implementation of data driven strategies to support business objectives
- Collect & organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets & software tools.
- Clean & preprocess data to ensure accuracy & reliability.
- Interpret data & present findings in clear & concise reports to stakeholders.
- Develop & maintain dashboards and reports to track KPI’s & monitor business performance.
- Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with Business finance by aligning with the broader business and product strategies.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams across Business finance, Account Receivables/ Payables for smooth monthly executions.
Requirement -
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Analytics & Analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Power Bi & Excel.
- Hands-on experience in creating Dashboards.
- Basic understanding of Banking, payment systems, including payment aggregators, gateways, and Fintech processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Smart, dedicated and enthusiastic about the role.
