Job description-Deputy Director- Payment, Banking & Card
- Develop & nurture relationships with external organizations to achieve mutually beneficial goals
- Negotiate with Banks/Payment/Fintech partners for securing consumer offers on the platform.
- Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements and ensure repeated participation from partners along with business metrics like Budget, Co funding etc.
-Oversee bank alliances campaigns addressing partner needs, manage overall expectations, handle partner inquiries, and resolve partner issues.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business, analytics, and finance to maintain TAT with smooth executions and wins for all campaigns.
- Planning, coordinating & executing special fintech projects assigned by Management.
- Conducting research, analysis and feasibility studies to support project objectives.
Developing project plans, timelines and budgets and ensuring adherence to deadlines & financial constraints.
Requirement -
-6-8 years of experience in the Alliances & Partnership role in BFSI with operational excellence
- Demonstrated experience in managing fintech projects like EMI, Instant Discount, Gift Cards for an E-commerce firm will be of added advantage
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management.
