Manager-Brand Accelerator
Roles and Responsibilities
● Business Development: Identifying and onboarding the right brands to enrol on the program.
● Key account management:
o Target of driving higher revenue growth at a higher rate than what the brand’s current
growth rate.
o Co-owning the profitability through the brands for Myntra
o Enhancing the Accelerator program structure to create differential experience for the
brands from the current set of MP brands

● Stakeholder management:
o Responsible for managing the end to end relationship for the accelerator brands.
o Working with the internal teams across operations, finance, Category, Catalog, Returns,
Technology and Revenue to ensure that Accelerator brand issues are prioritized and
● Data Analysis:
o Understand gaps in target achievements and drive growth structurally.
o Identifying and solving for sales opportunities on Myntra for the brands
o Conducting whitespace analysis and Working with the brands to enable expansion into
new categories/article types

● Working on the sweat equity investment into the brands including driving due-diligence and
● Interface with external firms (Big 4s and law firms) to drive DDs, valuations and subsequent
investment in the brands. Growing the share of accelerator brand business on the platform
through both addition of new brands and disproportionately growing the business of the current
Qualifications & Experience
● MBA with 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management/ Strategy/ Planning/ Sales.
● Strong communication and project management skills.
● Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
● Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage.
