Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for long term and short term demand planning for HOB brands
Identify key growth areas for the portfolio through data analysis and devise growth strategy
Partner with Category Demand Management and Central Revenue teams on Pricing and Demand generation including store front and visibility interventions
Align Category, Brand, Revenue and Planning functions on the growth strategy
Partner with Brands to maximize Revenue from right bets, inputs for visi properties etc
Collaborate with BI, data science teams to run A/B tests for HOB and arrive at actionable insights
Work together with central planning to ensure right forecast and inventory pipeline availability
Responsible for strategizing profitable scale up in FFO, MBA brands and MFB Marketplace model

Qualifications & Experience

Strong Analytical skills ; Penchant for numbers; Attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management including Senior leadership
Ability to influence without authority and bias for action
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
Mandatory experience in planning/buying/pricing/revenue/category management/store front or any other analytically inclined role
Previous experience in an ecommerce firm will be an added advantage
5+ Yrs experience preferred
