Manager, Brand Accelerator (Myntra)

Roles and Responsibilities
● Responsible for managing the end to end relationship for the accelerator brands.
● Working with the internal teams across operations, finance, Category, Catalog, Returns,
Technology and Revenue to ensure that Accelerator brand issues are prioritized and solved
● Conducting whitespace analysis and Working with the brands to enable expansion into new
categories/article types
● Enhancing the Accelerator program structure to create differential experience for the brands
from the current set of MP brands
● Identifying and solving for sales opportunities on Myntra for the brands

Qualifications & Experience

● MBA with 2+ years of experience or Graduate with 4+ Years of experience in
Strategy/Planning/Sales/Operations/Program Management/Consulting
● Strong communication and project management skills 
● Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
● Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
