Role:

 

We are looking for an Employer Branding leader who will be responsible for driving the employer branding strategy for Myntra. Key activities will include defining the employer branding strategy for Myntra and working with internal and external stakeholders to producing engaging content and distributing it across several online channels to ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand across social media and other platforms.

 

An exceptional individual who can hit the ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the employer branding strategy for Myntra and the role requires an enthusiastic and innovative approach, and working collaboratively across functions to drive results. This is a people manager role.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create an exceptional Employer Brand across channels - social / digital / offline (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Glassdoor, other digital or offline events)
  • Create impactful content across channels and drive engagement
  • Drive employee advocacy program
  • Use recruitment marketing strategies to help attract diverse talent
  • Position Myntra as a thought leader in the Industry - identify forums to promote this
  • Maintain and enhance our corporate website
  • Identify and drive aspirational award applications and events / platforms to promote Myntra brand externally

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Min 8+ years of experience, with proven expertise in handling Employer branding portfolio
  • High creative thinking ability, strong presentation skills, exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to own things end to end
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience with multiple deliverables and working in a deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Social Media Marketing experience would be an added advantage
