Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Category Manager and brands for Deliveries, Operational issues.
  • Manage WH Operations, Inward analysis, Reports.
  • Inventory Management (GRN)
  • Forecast risk with the Business Metrics and highlight.
  • Work Closely with Planning, Finance, WH, and Category for day to day Operations.
  • Manage a team of 3-4 Members.
  • Meet Inward target as per the plan by coordinating with WH and category
  • Set up weekly connects with Category / SCM planners to project plan vs Forecast for the upcoming week and call out risk to capacity wherever required.
  • Set up monthly connect with Category planners to align on capacity split ratios Across business types and provide manual solves to BUs which have high Capacity delta between demand and provided capacity.
  • Ensure & 95% of the styles in warded are fully catalogued prior to the delivery
  • Solve inwards and Operational issues that arise on a day to day basis with multiple stakeholders across functions like categories, finance, SCM and planning.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance of the team and plan any necessary improvements.
  • Track open tickets from vendors and escalate to relevant internal stake holder and problem solve within provided TAT.
  • Ensure GRN reports are shared to vendors on time and vendor escalations are responded to on time.
  • Explore smart, effective and scalable solutions for the problem incidences at FC/ Vendor / Logistics partners.
  • Send out functional communications daily summarizing the MTD actuals against plan to the leadership.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports on category level deliveries across FCs.

Requirements (Including preferred experience skills and competencies)

  1. Understanding of Planning and Inventory Management
  2. Strong MS Excel skills
  3. Broader understanding of E commerce
  4. Understanding of Data Analytics
  5. Experience in WH operations / Planning (preferable)
