The SF team at Myntra-Jabong operates within distinct verticals which are (Storefront – Services Platform, Storefront Platforms for personalization & Store Channels (Client Apps)).
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will transform the Category Experiences for Myntra customers. Category Experience entails giving customer experiences contextual to the category of product they are shopping for. It entails end-to-end user experiences across the different user journey steps, touch points or activities.
It is a multifaceted role requiring deep understanding of different user cohorts, understanding their wants & more importantly, their needs. In this role, you will form, own and drive multi-year roadmap(s) which align the understanding about the users and the business needs to practical solutions. To take the categories to a leading position, you will require the ability to innovate and bring marketing leading solutions/concepts (and not just what other incumbents are doing).
On a day to day basis, you will work with research, analytics, UX, data science, multiple engineering and business stakeholders. Given the wide span of projects in terms of touch-points, you will have to work with a large number of teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Communications, Engagement to name just a few) to ensure that charter is on track and moving evenly across different themes. You will define the metrics and own the targets which align with the organization's goals.
What you'll bring (for Senior Product Manager)
- Experience: 7+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a product management role
- Product Craft: Track record in designing and shipping software products over multiple product life-cycles. Experience with different types of products/features is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize, manage, prioritize and take tradeoff calls while working with engineering and other stakeholders
- Team Player: Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work across teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Thought Leadership: Be business and tech-savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends
- Data/Logic-driven Approach: Ability to work with large quantities of data, insights and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
- Engineering from premier schools. MBA is a plus.
