The role is the part of the Monetization & Brand Solutions team. This team is responsible for earning advertising revenue for Myntra by offering various Brand solutions. The team supports one of the most important functions for Myntra growth for future success.
Roles and Responsibilities Role:
The role requires an individual to work with the Home & Kids Category brands on the platform to drive their marketing initiatives. Candidate will work with the category teams end to end to close on the monetization targets. This role requires excellent creative & marketing skills along with good PR & communications skills to excel in the role.
- To own and deliver the monetization targets for the categories with the brands
- To create a strong pipeline of Brands to pitch for Brand solutions and convert them at a healthy rate.
- Monetization through brands by way of paid visibility plans through different marketing strategies for the brands growth
- Create marketing plans by being the interface between category & brands
- Instilling confidence in the brands about efficacy of the paid visibility and promotion schemes
- To create monthly, quarterly and yearly plans against your target and monitor these for actuals. Problem solve for any gaps in target vs plan
- Partner with internal teams like category, Operations to execute all the campaigns.
- To ensure Brands are provided with regular reports and insights and help them make the right business decision.
- Manage entire cycle of pitching – Servicing- Tracking Payments- Closing auditory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification should be an MBA from a very reputed college
- Candidate should be very good in inter personal skills and should have a past track record of those abilities.
- Should have an experience of 1-2 years of work ex in a client handling role.
