Job Brief:

Content writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related (E-commerce) seller topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. Should liaise with stakeholders to understand, pen down and conceptualize products/process change and or initiatives and newsletters. Should be familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail ensuring clear, crisp on concise seller communications.

The said job role will be responsible for creative writing and seller communication to engage and enhance seller knowledge and information on all Seller Support process’s and initiatives.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract sellers and boost brand/product and or process awareness.

Job Duties:

  • Research, gather and liaise with stakeholders on industry-related seller topics and or process
  • Write clear process/product and or new initiative copy to promote our seller services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Proofread and edit blog posts/newsletter and or not limited seller communications
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to illustrate articles
  • Identify sellers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics to help enhance seller experience
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
  • Leading and participating in sessions crucial to seller information and or knowledge
  • Improving seller experience and drive NPS through timely and regular interventions
  • Lead/participate and or organize seller calls/discussions/webinars to identify the topics/process’ that need to be re-iterated or initiate seller communication.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter similar role
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, organizational, motivational and time management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and create a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary
  • Capable of identifying gaps and executing initiatives drive seller NPS and experience
  • Strong research skills, Creativity writing, Collaborative spirit

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Experience from a reputed organization/publishing house/blog
  • Portfolio of published articles/blogs/new letters
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
