ecosystem is ensured. MP is a team that works closely with category, SCM, revenue, and Central Planning to drive an important charter.

Roles & Responsibilities
Role:

  • An Incumbent from Marketplace Revenue Operations works with partners on adoption of Revenue properties, Coupons and
  • Incentives for BAU and Events. He/she is expected to bring thought leadership into future ways of interacting with sellers, liaise with product/tech to solve adoption issues, increase reach and surface ROI metrics on Partner portal to drive future adoptions
  • Works closely with the Omnichannel team to create visibility for styles powered through Omni stores, Exclusive brand promotions, create Omni brand days on storefront, promote New season styles and ensure Omni revenue achievement
  • He/she is detail oriented, does not mind reaching out to the Partner community to understand the pain points in order to increase partner adoption of revenue enhancing constructs
  • Holds regular meetings with Key sellers, giving insights on what works well/what can be better and drives charter for higher growth
  • Is highly analytical and hands on with usage of SQL, Excel and comfortable with data visualization tools. He/she works with in house analytics team to drive dashboards to enable real time decision making on part of the partners as well as internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure key metrics for Marketplace Revenue constructs are achieved as per decided targets
  • Ensure optimum selection, discounting, inventory for achievement of key MP and Omni revenue metrics
  • Ensure Brand – BU GMV/profitability metrics are met as per set targets
  • Identify and execute new levers of growth for brand growth based on customer analysis, market analysis and competitive landscape
  • Set up the reporting process for all Business Units including dashboards on Revenue constructs and Partner Adoption

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a retail planning environment
    MBA from a Tier 1/2 college, post MBA experience of 1-2 years is a must
  • Strong problem solving ability and very good in analytics and numbers – Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical Skills and process orientation.
  • Prior experience in Program Management is preferable
  • Stakeholder management: Must be proficient in keeping things on an even keel with all stakeholders: Revenue, CRM, CDM, good at managing relationships and resolving conflicts
  • Highly Action Oriented –Candidate should have strong bias for action. Individual will need to own projects from conceptualization to implementation
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office is a must.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Builds persuasive arguments, Reasons ethically, Draws and Evaluates Conclusions
