Summary:

Join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Operations Manager! In this role, you will orchestrate an effective and efficient sales operation process, providing comprehensive support to our Sales team to drive success. 

In addition to overseeing sales processes, the sales operations manager is the key person to reduce sales friction and expedite our close rations! We are looking for a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about working in a dynamic market, willing to adapt, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to meet evolving priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver on sales tools and systems, including CRM software, sales databases, and other sales enablement tools.
    • Implement and manage sales automation tools.
    • Streamline and optimize the sales process.
    • Oversee the sales funnel.
    • Manage CRM data.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends and performance.
    • Proactively identify performance gaps and opportunities for process refinement within the CRM system, driving continuous improvement to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain SOP documentation to standardize sales processes, consistency, and support ongoing sales training and development initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of sales conferences and events, optimizing resource allocation and logistical support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Document and track sales goals, inform CGO weekly of performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to streamline the sales process, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. 
  • Maintain data accuracy and facilitate accurate forecasting and informed decision-making throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Utilize analytical techniques to identify patterns and opportunities within sales data to develop revenue growth strategies.

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding and Expert Use of CRM and Database Software (Pipedrive/ Salesforce)
  • Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • Solid understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various teams throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and program management capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and implement strategic adjustments to enhance sales performance throughout the sales funnel.
  • Experience developing comprehensive reports that provide insights to sales reps, managers, and leadership regarding past performance, current status, and anticipated future outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a sales operations and, CRM management
  • Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles. Preferably in the healthcare industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Special Considerations: Ability to travel up to 10% nationwide.
Location: Remote
Salary: $75,000-$80,000
