MyFitnessPal is seeking a creative & analytical team player to become our next Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end international growth strategy for MyFitnessPal’s organic and paid digital acquisition campaigns across all channels. You will lead the creative pipeline, drive data-driven experimentation & optimize campaigns.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Drive vision and integrated strategy for MyFitnessPal’s International digital marketing efforts across all acquisition touchpoints, including paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, ASO, app platforms and retargeting
  • Own the end-to-end creative development process, from creative development to campaign optimization (developing creative briefs, mockups, copywriting, video asset production, etc.), adapting concepts from the US market as well as creating localized relevant content
  • Partner closely with a video editor to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of effective digital ad creatives, based on a robust test-and-optimize methodology
  • Measure KPIs and report on campaign performance. Constantly review results to make data-based optimizations to iterate creative
  • Spearhead growth and innovation for your market through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization and on-site growth tactics (e.g. landing page funnel testing)
  • This role will focus on English speaking International countries and reports to the Head of Growth Marketing

Qualifications to be successful in this role: 

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role (marketing, management consulting, corporate strategy experience, or similar)
  • Creative & analytical thinker: you are both right brained and left brained with the ability to think big picture and execute with great quality in the details
  • Proven ability to mine data for opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent
  • Experience in experimentation, a/b testing, reviewing data sets is a plus
  • Have had ownership for multimillion dollar budgets and developed models and approaches for investment and measurement
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner
  • Self-motivated, highly organized & comfortable managing multiple work streams at once with high attention to detail. You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
  • Passion for health and wellness and are naturally curious about understanding the customer
  • Ideally, you have worked, lived or studied in the UK/Europe. Fluent in languages other than English - a big plus
  • Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and are able to see other points of view, while maintaining a practical direction. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
