We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join the MyFitnessPal team. Our users rely on MyFitnessPal to power their health and fitness journeys every day. As a member of the MyFitnessPal team, you’ll have the opportunity to positively impact those users by ensuring the systems and processes we use to run the business operate smoothly and at a high level. What you’ll be doing:
You will build and foster our IT roadmap, leading a small, outsourced team that runs our help desk and can perform implementation services on a per-project basis. You’ll use your technical expertise to design simple IT solutions that make our Employee Experience amazing. You will build working relationships to communicate within and across teams to solve problems.
Qualifications to be successful in this role:
Are willing to take ownership and responsibility for your work
Not afraid to get hands-on to show the team how to solve a problem
Experience in measuring and reporting common KPIs for IT environments
Experience in leading third-party vendors and holding them accountable to SLAs
Understanding of desktop and back office security policies and procedures and how to deploy across an enterprise. Experience designing these procedures is a plus!
Have experience and enjoy writing code and designing solutions that sometimes require code to work
Experience with administering Okta, Jamf, and Google Workspace, or similar products
Experience with AWS and/or other cloud computing platforms
Help other teammates grow through mentorship and coaching
