MycoWorks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the company’s strategic organizational growth, and to help build a forward-thinking, trusted, and well-rounded Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The role will lead the company efforts to manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System -  Greenhouse.  You will support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, managing onsite interviews, creating offer letters and completing background checks. Additionally, this position will take a major role in the hiring of our hourly operators in our manufacturing plant in Union. The ideal candidate is a people and outcomes-focused professional who is the face of MycoWorks to all potential new hires in Union. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Greenhouse ATS. We are looking for an experienced user who can manage templates, scheduling, and integrations such as Zoom, LinkedIn, and Docusign
  • Support TA team with scheduling interviews, managing onsite interviews, and sending offer letters
  • Act as main point of contact at our Union location as the face of the TA team; manage walk-in applicants, host all onsite interviews, and work with onsite leadership to keep interviews running smoothly
  • Assist with writing or proofreading job descriptions, and manage job posts on various boards
  • Responsible for coordination of all background checks and employment verifications using Goodhire
  • Manage and own process improvement and process documentation for the TA team
  • Track and own the Job Description shared drive for all current and recent job postings and replace with updates as necessary
  • Provide operational back-up to the People Operations team and the culture team
  • Provide technical support on TA platforms to candidates and hiring managers 
  • Create and manage decks for TA presentations and provide additional administrative support including creating spreadsheets, reporting and data tracking

Requirements:

  • Two plus years of Greenhouse experience and expertise in application integrations
  • Ability to think quickly and calmly through escalating and changing priorities
  • Expertise in systems and the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Experience working with and training new hiring managers on processes and systems
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high volume of requests
  • Ability to work with senior-level management and use discretion with confidential information
  • Results-driven and comfortable working through ambiguous scenarios in order to find solutions with the ability to work independently 
  • G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack 

Preferred Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of ADP
  • Experience in ChartHop a plus
  • Experience working with manufacturing teams highly preferred
  • Understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations (i.e. Workers Comp, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of immigration/visa processes
