As a Product Manager, your mission is to lead 1-2 product teams in the definition, delivery, and measurement of product opportunities and strategies that deliver on critical business outcomes.  

Our product teams discover and deliver experiences that our customers love and value. We develop a deep understanding of their pain-points to build solutions that meet their needs. Product Managers are accountable for outcomes and are empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business in alignment with our overall vision and strategy.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead new product offerings with a proven ability to develop and execute a vision and strategy that propels business growth.

What You’ll Do

On a day-to-day basis, you will: 

  • Identify product opportunities by deeply understanding customer segments through qualitative and quantitative research and insights
  • Define the vision, strategy and prioritization of key MyCase initiatives that align to business goals
  • influence and communicate with key stakeholders and leaders within MyCase on the value, priority, and results of initiatives
  • Create and manage a problem-focused roadmap and backlog so your teams achieve goals as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Collaborate with customers, design, research, and engineering to craft elegant solutions to customer and business problems
  • Partner with sales, onboarding, marketing, and support teams to identify ways to make our products better and lead go-to-market activities and strategies
  • Identify and build measurements to track the success and impact of products/features
  • Mentor more junior product managers in product best practices

  • Strategic: The ability to create and deliver on long-term plans for growth

Must Haves

You will be a great fit if you have the following experience: 

  • 2+ years experience in taking high-tech products and technologies to market using agile, user-centered design and lean customer discovery methodologies
  • A strong technical background – Significant hands-on experience building technology products is preferred. We are looking for quality (not quantity) of experience

  • A keen sense of business – the ability to understand market trends and customers needs, build business cases to justify your analysis, and design and prioritize products and features to fit the market needs and deliver long-term growth
  • Leadership - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment


  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience identifying and bringing to market revenue-generating products or services
