What You'll Do
Be Mya’s first dedicated Human Resources partner
Lead the entire HR function at Mya, everything from employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, compensation, and so much more
Work closely with our executive leadership and PeopleOps teams to continually improve cross-functional relationships, build morale, increase employee productivity and continue to build on an overall awesome employee experience
Be the go-to contact for all employee-related questions, concerns, and/or comments
Continue to drive and support our diversity, equity, inclusion efforts
Create scalable policies for our globally distributed team
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in HR/People Operations supporting a globally distributed workforce
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong track record building and delivering HR programs from the ground up in a fast-growing organization
Expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Employment Law
Impeccable personal integrity and sound, accurate judgement
Authenticity, strong problem solving skills, and ability to drive initiatives autonomously
Willingness to roll up your sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the job - no task is too big or too small

We love collaboration. Mya’s HQ is in San Francisco but we have multiple offices and employees around the globe. Mya allows for the flexibility of working from home if you'd like to, but we have a lively office culture, too, so you will always have coworkers in the office who you can grab lunch with or bounce an idea off of.
