mx51 is a payments-as-a-service solution for banks, non-bank acquirers, and other merchant service providers. We are building a payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments in-store, in-app and online, whilst consolidating all their data on a real-time business management dashboard.

We build products that allow merchants to accept and manage payments in-store and online. We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate who's tech savvy, looking to move into an integration support role where they will engage with our Point Of Sale partners (POS) to assist them with their technical queries. There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to develop skills in certification, ensuring that the POS integration meets technical standards. This is a fantastic role for someone who's starting their career in tech, working for an impressive scaling FinTech business where they will gain exposure across the whole tech stack.

We're a remote first organisation, looking for people across Australia and New Zealand. We just ask that you're ok with visiting Sydney on the odd occasion for team, social, and strategic events.

The Details:

  • Ascertain technical information required from POS providers
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on integrating our technology into their products, from inception to completion
  • Own and maintain high level of tech documentation
  • Manage communication with POS providers, responding in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with your fellow highly-skilled engineers and testers in a fast-paced, constructive, nimble environment

We’re looking for the following:

  • Understanding of other programming languages such as C# or JavaScript
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to source information when there is a level of ambiguity
The nice to haves (but no worries if you don't have them):
  • Exposure to the payments industry
  • An interest in QA testing
