Our Purpose

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Execute and maintain strategies to drive a Customer Obsessed and high-performance organization in line with our Vision and Values to achieve an engaged and sustainable organization
  • Implement and maintain influencer and content marketing strategies for the Installed Sound Customer Vertical to achieve advocacy
  • Grow brand perception for Music Tribe's world known brands, Midas, Klark Teknik, Lab Gruppen, Lake, TannoyTurbosound, Behringer, Aston Microphones to achieve advocacy
  • Implement and maintain campaign blueprints as well as automation tools to run campaigns effectively
  • Implement and manage a network of outsourced influencers, media and content creators
  • Implement and manage influencer, media and content creator programs and commercial engagements
  • Implement and manage marketing content templates and governance for Posts, Videos, Newsletters, Webinars as well as Tradeshows
  • Implement tier one analytical and metrics-based tools to measure campaign effectiveness and Customer advocacy
  • Research, implement and maintain digital solutions to enable Customer self-services
  • Define, implement and measure OKRs, KPIs and Metrics systems to drive a performance-based organization
  • Create and update policies and guidelines to ensure governance and compliance
  • Create and deploy Leadership programs to acquire and train talents into becoming Customer centric, innovative and inspiring leaders
  • Develop and maintain health, safety and employee welfare to create a sustainable workplace


  • Manage user-generated content to align campaigns with the content marketing strategy
  • Engage with Customers on social media to gain a deep understanding of the Installed Sound Vertical
  • Create and manage annual editorial calendars to increase reach in line with flag-pole events
  • Use analytical tools to measure organizational issues, identify root causes and implement short as well as permanent solutions
  • Identify and eliminate all non-value adding activities through automation or outsourcing

Qualifications, Minimum

  • 5-year digital content marketing experience related to the Installed Sound vertical 
  • Extensive influencer, media and marketing network
