Museum of Ice Cream is looking for a “hungry” self-driven Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing. You should truly love data-driven decision making and understand how social media, content and offline and digital marketing fit into an overall corporate strategy and ticket/transaction conversion. You should also be an innovative and imaginative leader. You have an analytical approach and are eager to lead the way in aggressive revenue growth for our company.
- You’ll own our marketing budget and strategize for an optimal ROI on marketing initiatives
- You’ll play a key role in advancing our marketing measurement and attribution modeling by testing and identifying best performing content across different platforms
- You’ll own the Marketing KPIs dashboard
- You’ll craft and manage our customer acquisition plan across multiple units
- You’ll play a significant role in the digital media planning and buying process across all platforms including social, search, email, native, programming and more
- You’ll manage relationships with outside agencies if and only when absolutely necessary to ensure alignment of OKR’s
- You are a doer who works lean but can manage a small group of tourism/marketers, content and community team members.
Who you are:
- You are a seasoned marketing professional that has experience utilizing cross functional platforms
- You are a detail-oriented contributor who is willing to take the lead and spearhead projects
- You have excellent project management and people management skills
- You hold extensive knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Paid Social and SEM programs
- You are analytical and collaborative with outstanding organizational communication skills
- You have a curiosity and passion for strategically identifying and implementing marketing insights
- You are design literate and understand the importance of brand integrity in marketing approach
- You have a strong familiarity with ticketing platforms and ticketing conversion
