Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a creative and highly organized intern to assist with exhibit design on our team! We’re looking for high energy, can-do, strategic thinkers who are willing to play any role and take on any task.

This  internship runs from March 2020 through May 2020

  • Report to the VP of Operations of Museum of Ice Cream, based in San Francisco 
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to surface key insights and learnings that can help elevate the overall organization
  • Develop a deep understanding and analysis of customer behavior, financial and marketing strategies, and using those insights to influence business decisions
  • Drive high impact and high visibility projects that translate findings into action and implement any recommendations


  • Business school student, with at least two years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or working at a key role at a fast-growing start-up
  • Deeply analytical: Use frameworks, data, and analytical tools to help structure thinking, facilitate alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and reach insightful, actionable answers to challenging and ambiguous problems
  • Have the ability to be highly productive with limited day-to-day oversight
  • Flexible and scrappy, but polished
  • Passionate about immersive experiences, design, and customer service
  • When required, work late nights or weekends aligned with museum operating hours
  • Highly social with an infectious positive energy and commanding presence
  • Have high competency in Excel and modeling, experience with SQL or other relational databases is a plus
