ABOUT THE TEAM

Every day, the Technical Solutions team at Mural makes sure that we're not just "built for the Enterprise" - we are "built for your Enterprise." Through skilled discovery, we aim to grasp the true underlying problems our customers face and design solutions that hit the mark the first time around, always keeping security and scalability in mind. Our work is instrumental in driving mutual success for our customers and Mural. However, we don't do it alone; we're part of an amazing, diverse, and fun, extended group including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security & Compliance.

YOUR MISSION

As a Mural Senior Solutions Delivery Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with our customers. You will excel in managing the delivery of creative and best-practice solutions that deliver immediate and future business value as our customers scale with us. Our success with customers also relies on your ability to provide Product Management with critical feedback and partnering with them and Engineering on feature launch readiness. You'll be seen as an extremely dependable partner and a source of knowledge, trusted by customers and colleagues alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to effectively tackle the unique and varied issues our customers may encounter.
  • Establish deep and trusting relationships with crucial stakeholders (including senior leaders) at the customer's organization, particularly in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Advise Product Management and Engineering on product design to ensure ease of implementation and scalability.
  • Serve as a reliable technical advisor to account teams, overseeing onboarding of the product for large and strategic customers, scoping and driving complex implementations, ensuring smooth handoffs from Solutions Engineers, and managing escalations from Customer Support for complex scenarios.
  • Regularly contribute to the team by developing new service offerings, such as a Bring your own Key (BYOK) implementation, proposing solutions to process bottlenecks or product limitations, and establishing and documenting best practices learned from our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You bring 7-10 years of experience in SaaS software onboarding and implementation with proven project management experience
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience having worked in a professional services context
  • You carry a diverse range of industry knowledge with an understanding of various regulated business processes.
  • You have a proven track record of working with Product Management and Engineering to launch new features and the corresponding implementation service offering to customers.
  • You've experienced the realities of traditional office environments: working in cubicles, commuting, adhering to dress codes, participating in office social activities, and navigating outdated technology and processes. This firsthand knowledge equips you to empathize with our customers and understand the challenges they face in their work lives.
  • You're well-versed in how Software as a Service (SaaS) is designed, built, marketed, and implemented. This understanding enables you to be creative with customers and help shape a roadmap that maximizes value for Mural and our customers.
  • You have deep knowledge of user lifecycle management flows via SSO and SCIM and are adept at advising customers on the use of RESTful APIs.
  • Your expertise spans across enterprise systems and processes that support Compliance, Information Security, and Legal functions. You’re curious about and have some knowledge of topics like User Lifecycle Management, Data Loss Prevention, Data Retention, eDiscovery, and Auditing and Monitoring.
  • You have experience with the technical requirements needed to comply with regulatory and compliance frameworks, namely GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, FINRA, and Data residency. This knowledge will be used primarily to understand our customers' needs and constraints in these areas.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
