As a QA, you will grow our business by maintaining the quality standards of our product while providing feedback of our features. You will be part of our QA team, where you’ll learn about the technical aspect of our platform, work with core components as authentication and integrations, as well as billing and product metrics. 
Our belief is simple: delivering great quality features as a team effort. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Be the point of contact between our Customer Support team and the Development teams. - Validate issues coming from our clients and reassign them to the corresponding team.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team providing feedback of the issues at hand and helping them get the info needed from our clients to solve their issues.
  • Have a clear understanding of our internal priorities and our target audience in order to prioritise bugs and assign the corresponding severities.


The top candidate will bring experience working with applications written almost completely in Javascript, with a focus on either automation or product consultancy.
  • At least 2 years experience as QA.
  • Attention to details.
  • Process oriented mindset.
  • Good tasks management skills.
  • Willingness to learn about product development (both backend and frontend) and consultancy.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and bug life cycle.

Preferable skills:

  • Computer science related career.
  • UX and analysis on other SaaS products.
  • Customer Support-related experience.
