As an Accessibility QA, you will grow our business by maintaining the quality standards of our product while providing feedback of our features. You will be part of our QA team, where you'll learn about the technical aspect of our platform and work with our Accessibility team providing quality to our product by applying Accessibility best practices and web content guidelines.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Analyse, report and document issues found applying QA best practices.
  • Be accountable of the delivery and submission of your team features.
  • Understand the development process and coordinate work with your team accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and Dev Lead to advice on the quality perspective of upcoming features.
  • Create test scenarios to cover both the happy path of your team's features as well as critical bugs.
  • Participe in design meetings to define features and estimate needed work.


The top candidate will bring experience working with applications written almost completely in Javascript, with a focus on either automation or product consultancy.

  • At least 4 years experience as QA.
  • Attention to details.
  • Process oriented mindset.
  • Proactivity.
  • Willingness to learn about product development (both backend and frontend) and consultancy.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and bug life cycle.
  • Detailed knowledge of accessibility best practices and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
  • Experience using a variety of assistive technologies including but not limited to: Voiceover, JAWS, NVDA, Talkback, ZoomText, Dragon Speech to Text.
  • Understanding of manual and automated accessibility testing processes.
  • Ability to diagnose and detail root cause of accessibility issues by analyzing HTML, Javascript, and CSS.

Preferable skills

  • Computer science related career.
  • Github knowledge is a plus.
  • UX and analysis on other SaaS products.
