YOUR MISSION

Our belief is simple: making customers better, makes better customers. As a Team Enablement Specialist, you will grow our business by applying a low-touch but human-centered approach to managing a large number of our smaller customer accounts. 

You’re responsible for creating an exceptional experience with responsibility for the following duties:  

  • Onboard customers into MURAL by providing live, hands-on training with an outgoing and consultative tone 
  • Own the account set-up for all new or renewing Plus, Enterprise Network, and MURAL Consultant Network customers 
  • Facilitate 90-day check-ins with all onboarded customers to ensure they’ve achieved value, provide further assistance, and share customer stories with the MURAL team
  • Maintain ClientSuccess records of customer engagements and opportunities 
  • Monitor dashboards post-onboarding to spot upsell, referral and other opportunities 
  • Engage larger non-enterprise customers on our credit card plans to offer onboarding and general assistance, as well as monitor their usage and other account aspects
  • Partner with MURAL’s Deal Desk to create a seamless low-touch renewal process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to prioritize a cohesive and innovative customer experience 

YOUR PROFILE

The top candidate will be able to convey how exciting and innovative our software is, in-person and at a distance. You will turn our current customer base into MURAL fanatics by showing how easy and fun it is to collaborate in MURAL. We are obsessed with creating a world-class customer experience and looking for candidates who share our fiercely customer-centric mindset.  

Our desired candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, account administration and support at a SaaS organization
  • Very comfortable with technology
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Gain fulfillment from helping others by means of public speaking, training 
  • A responsive, outgoing, energetic tone when engaging with others 
  • A self-starting, independent approach to managing your own work
  • Good project management skills and is able to create and launch new initiatives 
  • Ability to manage and interpret customer behavior/data to create business opportunities
  • A passion to help customers succeed and empathize with them
  • An undying concern about new, better ways to solve problems
  • A willingness to work independently in the office or from remote locations

Ideally…

  • You have experience in design thinking and creative disciplines or are willing to learn
  • You have worked closely with Design, UX, Research and Product Management roles in the past
