HELLO.... We're looking for a Business Director!  


What will you do?

As a Business Director, you will lead your teams to create powerful and impactful integrated advertising campaigns. Building strong relationships with your clients and fostering a partnership to become the go to person for senior clients. 

You will effectively forward plan so that workload is effectively distributed and staffing requirements are known ahead of time. 

Responsible for setting the tone of the account and efficiently engaging different agency capabilities where appropriate. You’ll always be three steps ahead, striving for excellent client service and building a culture of rock-solid campaign delivery. 

You'll be leading and managing the day to day relationship on a fast paced retail account, across various business units, ensuring that all activity is delivered on time, to budget and to the highest possible standard of service. Given our ambitions and current new business pipeline, you will also have the opportunity to work on new business pitches if desired. 


About you

As an experienced digital marketer, your interest and ambition should stretch beyond traditional brand communications, and you will be driven by a fascination with people; understanding their needs and behaviours in order to produce more relevant communications and experiences.

With a key focus on data and brand marketing, you will have experience working seamlessly with data, strategy and creative teams to deliver informed and successful campaigns.

Experience working on Social/Content campaigns is a must for this one and we'd love it if you've worked on a retail account before, however that's not essential. If you don't have experience working on a retail client, anything as fast paced is just as good.
