What will you do?
You will partner with our senior clients across some of our most important accounts, leading the development of courageous, creative and impactful sustainability work for brands and businesses around the world.
At this level, you will lead responsibility for several projects at any one time, directing the team – both upwards and downwards – to deliver excellent work for our clients. You will thrive on taking ownership and accountability, but also being part of a great collaborative team with a real passion for putting purpose at the heart of a brand/business.
You will play a big part in the growth of the agency from organic growth on existing clients to driving new business and pitches, and even identifying future areas that we can develop.
For this role we are ideally looking for someone that has experience in the sustainability space whether that be at a communications agency, in-house or with an NGO. Previous experience leading and directing client projects and teams within this space is essential and you'll also be used to developing strategic client proposals and activation plans.
With experience in the commercial side of the business, you'll be able to develop scopes of work and ensure that commercial processes are followed and kept up to date.
