We are champions of positive dissatisfaction.
Dissatisfied with the way it’s always been,
with handcuffs and limits and rules,
with insights that aren’t insightful,
and with creative that doesn’t make you feel.
We believe dissatisfaction is the mother of reinvention.
That’s why our mascot is the octopus.
It’s the only organism on the planet that routinely edits its own genetic material
to adapt, innovate, and thrive.
It outsmarts the competition by constantly changing.
It reinvents, repeats, reinvents, repeats.
And so do we.
In a world where the most innovative brands grow faster than the competition,
we are, pound for pound, the most effective agency in the world. Eleven years running.
MullenLowe: Always Be a Challenger.

MULLENLOWE - A DIFFERENT KIND OF BEAST

With many long arms, each able to deliver a powerful blow, several hearts that beat in unison, and one sharp mind that shares a bold vision, MullenLowe is really unlike any other agency out there. We started with the merger of two kindred spirit agencies. We had complementary capabilities, but more importantly we had long histories of being very entrepreneurial organizations. We were scrappy to the core, and the result was one global creative boutique that shared the same vision: to work with the world’s most innovative marketers.

Position Overview

As the connector between clients, partners, and the agency, everyone in Account Management is required to be hyper-adaptable and flexible, offering thoughtful builds in creative development, passionately selling through a campaign, mediating between different points of view, and keeping things fair, having tough conversations for the good of the relationship and work — and, of course, being a positive, awesome person people always want to have in the room. Account Management is expected to be the persuasive, resilient, and relentless force it takes to help compelling work get made, combining sharp points of view on both business and creative.

Additionally, the successful candidate thrives on challenge, exudes self-confidence in owning assigned projects, possesses a sharp eye for detail and minutia, and has the polished communication skills needed for a seamless, trust-based client-agency relationship. The ideal, seasoned candidate will also embrace being part of a team, ideating with both more junior and senior colleagues and discussing the best potential solutions and approaches to the work. Finally, the successful candidate will always be a staunch advocate for remarkable, objective driven creative, with the agility to adapt to changing needs and the experience to know when to involve more senior team leads in their efforts.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
