We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for an organized and reliable CRM Analyst to join our team and make a big impact.

As our first CRM Analyst, your mission will be to own the health of our CRM, develop and standardize data integrity and internal performance monitoring standards, and contribute to data enrichment projects. You should be excited about high quality data to support and streamline the functions of our customer and go to market teams. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you are organized, reliable, and a strong communicator with an eye for detail.

What you'll do: 

  • Manage day-to-day CRM upkeep
  • Contribute to data enrichment projects
  • Act as first responder for CRM-specific end-user requests
  • Assist with internal training and documentation
  • Support automation and integration
  • Develop standardized data integrity and internal performance monitoring standards
  • Optimize CRM for reporting and analysis requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year working with a CRM (either direct operations or quota carrying experience a plus)

  • Collaborative and enthusiastic about supporting sales and customer success teams

Start Date:

Based on the interview plan above, we expect this process to take approximately 2-3 weeks. This can depend on the availability of candidates and our hiring team. The start date for this role is flexible. 

Salary:

The starting salary for this role is between $58,000 - $75,000+, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
