  • Over the past year, MST Solutions has realized significant organic growth as a result of our team’s success in delivering value through innovative technology solutions to our clients. To build upon this momentum, we are looking for a VP of Construction Solutions who will help us build MST into one of the trusted technology solutions providers in the construction industry. While success in this role will have an immediate impact on MST’s growth, the opportunity for personal advancement is unlimited.

Required Qualification –

  • BS degree with applicable experience
  • 5 years of experience in VP or Director or equivalent role
  • Experience in selling into construction/home building areas, addressing industry pain points and related value drivers, and possessing the ability to link strategic goals of the customers to technology solutions
  • In depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the construction industry
  • Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands are critical

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Be responsible for setting strategy, executing that strategy, and achieving revenue growth in the construction industry
  • Be a key member of the revenue team and strategize how to sell into large and mid sized customers in the construction industry
  • As an individual contributor, target the right segment of prospects, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value
  • Possess and apply a broad understanding of the construction market and customers through self-discovery and prospecting
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive the right messaging from a demand generation standpoint
  • Develops understanding of the business process challenges and data challenges in the construction industry and provide proactive solutions
  • Work with cross-functional team leaders to prioritize sales deliverables and foster the creation of industry specific knowledge in the construction vertical

Additional qualification but not mandatory –

  • SPHR or relevant certification
