About this role


Partnerships Development Representative will be work alongside and help support the Managers and Directors from the PartnershipsTeam to drive commercial opportunities across these sectors and other sectors.


What will you do:

  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
  • Serves existing customers by optimizing current plan
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries
  • Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
  • Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
  • Makes recommendations for the customer
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Requirements:

  • 1 year of experiences in the sales field
  • Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work on several types of a project at the same time – new business, renewal of existing partnerships, sales strategy, sales pipeline forecasting, lead generation.
