We are looking for a highly organized, precise and high-energy Talent Specialist (Recruiting Coordinator). The role will support a small team of recruiters with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating our interview process.
Coordinating on-site, phone and Vidyo/Skype interviews for candidates with speed and tenacity
Ensure data consistency within our applicant tracking system
Meet and greet candidates coming for in-office interviews, primarily in our San Francisco Mozilla Office
Work with your partners, including HRBPs, Hiring Managers and Recruiters, to ensure new job openings are accurate and timely
Respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks in an environment with constantly changing priorities (such as scheduling changes)
Make the interview experience both positive and enjoyable for candidates and interviewers
Perform administrative duties as required to support your recruiting team
Demonstrate your exceptional level of attention to detail in order to create and quality check all offer letters. Track offer letters from creation to final execution with required signatories
You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your time efficiently
Self-directed, organized, meticulous, problem solver
You can learn quickly in a dynamic, ever changing environment
You are great at prioritizing high volume, high priority tasks, and enjoy reacting to unforeseen changes to plans
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
You desire to be a part of a high performing team and you enjoy contributing to team success
Capacity to become a scheduling wizard for high applicant volume and remote interviewers
Administration, recruiting, human resources (HR), or executive assistant experience is preferred
Experience using typical office software (Google docs, Adobe, MS Office, etc.) is required and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) experience is desirable
