Responsible for managing small to mid-sized strategic and technical initiatives including scope, time, and budget from initiation to project close.  Responsibilities include project planning, allocating resources, leading project teams, and monitors project progress.




  • Manages small to mid-sized projects independently, or supporting a Senior Project Manager/Project Director in leading a portion of a larger engagement on time, on budget while exceeding client expectations
  • Works directly with project leads to estimate LOE, plan activities and timelines and ensures highest business value initiatives are prioritized
  • Partners with account leads for finalizing scope, planning resources, cost, schedule and development of project charters for client authorization of work
  • Assists team with gathering client requirements and developing plan to deliver and implement solutions
  • Ensuring discovery material and assets required for projects are obtained from clients through appropriate systems in a timely manner
  • Proactively evaluates project efficiency, identifies areas for improvement within process and suggests/implements solutions to prioritize and streamline tasks
  • Working knowledge of developing and tracking against schedules and budgets that align with client and agency needs and expectations
  • Manages resources, timelines and milestones to ensure they are completed to plan
  • Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects
  • Demonstrates good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient within the agency
  • Anticipates and proactively identified risks and seeks partnership from a more senior Project Manager to assist in mitigating any issues
  • Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
  • Develops and manages project steps, tasks and requirements for multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately to scope
  • Provides ongoing reporting of progress throughout project lifecycle including resource and change management, detailed timing/schedules, budget health and risks/issues to Sr. PM/Program Director; consults with team and adjusts as needed
  • Work with Senior Producer PM and/or Program Director to learn how to draft SOWs, Change Orders to provide basics on how to manage an end-to-end project based on the financial perspective.
  • Collaborate daily with Project Managers teams and internal counterparts
  • Schedules and plans QA, where QA team is not in place
  • Understands the basics surrounding rights management, negotiating and licensing
  • Work with proficient knowledge in the area of project planning for strategic and quick turn projects
  • Track and maintain budgets for campaign programs to ensure agency profitability
  • Communicate to large teams and across inter-departments
  • Active involvement in Moxie, ZO and externally throughout the industry
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to five years of relevant experience
  • Experience or knowledge of the interactive space and/or agency experience
  • Ability to work cross disciplinary across all of the functional departments
  • Ability to adapt to several different team structures / types of work as this role may be assigned by the project
