We are looking for team members to join realtor.com’s Connections team.   As a Connections team member, you will be responsible for engaging with customers of realtor.com Connections® for Buyers program to reinforce the value proposition of this top-selling, lead solution.  You will gain negotiating and problem-solving skills as you find solutions and process credit and/or extension requests when applicable.  In addition, you will gauge and coordinate frequently with Account Executives and Sales Management servicing these accounts.  This position is an entry-level position and is an excellent starting point that could lead to bigger and better opportunity in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve lead-flow issues on agent and broker accounts.

  • Re-build value in Realtor.com solutions for agents

  • Ensure that Agents and Brokers are functioning in such a way that is fitting as a representative of realtor.com Connections® for Buyers program.

  • Provide guidance such that Agents and Brokers are getting the most value possible from their leads.

  • Ensure that Agents and Brokers are utilizing all the tools and training available to them in order to maximize the effectiveness of the realtor.com Connections® for Buyers program.

  • Maintain a minimum amount inbound and outbound calls to Agents and Brokers daily

  • Offer consistent communication and timely resolution for our agents

  • Engage customers with the highest level of respect and integrity

  • Provide feedback to management about possible improvements and development opportunities.


Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • College degree preferred

  • Call Center experience preferred, entry level is OK, we will train.

  • Positive and optimistic

  • Critical thinker

  • Basic computer knowledge required, Word, Excel and Salesforce a +

  • Ability to:

    • Deal with customer complaints and provide solutions

    • Leverage established negotiation tactics

    • Deliver an impactful message

  • Excellent phone skills, outstanding follow-up skills, and detail oriented

  • Self-motivated, persistent and tenacious

  • High-energy and ambitious

  • Strong work ethic and self-accountability
