We’re seeking a motivated, passionate, dynamic Customer Success Specialist who will drive customer engagement with our business solutions. The Customer Success Specialist will have strong inter-personal skills and initiates superior customer interactions.  The Customer Success Team is dedicated to offering outreach to existing customers and enjoys a rewarding employee incentive program for improving customer retention.

The ideal candidate will evaluate customer business needs and clearly communicate solutions and best practices.  A Customer Success Specialist is responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships resulting in successful customers who become passionate advocates of Move’s productivity tools.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Cultivating customer relationships
  • Welcoming customers to the product
  • Providing a high degree of value to the customer
  • Consistent follow up with customers
  • Recognizing opportunity to further customer engagement
  • Coaching on best practices


  • Documenting customer contact points
  • Communicating with customers by both phone and via e-mail
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure success


  • Proven track record of managing customer success and engagement
  • Sales and presentation experience is an asset
  • Problem-solving skills are an asset
  • High degree of personal accountability and integrity
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently
  • Subject matter expertise in real estate, software and service support experience is a benefit to applicants
