We are looking for a hands-on marketing specialist to enhance our Marketing Automation platform in conjunction to its interactions with our Salesforce CRM system. The person will help to develop and execute underlying processes with a focus to analyze and maintain Enterprise data to enable intelligent marketing campaigns within the marketing automation system.

As part of Enterprise Systems team this role will support and assist the B2B Marketing and Sales team to execute various Marketing initiatives. The goal is to ensure accurate data availability to enable marketing campaigns which will ultimately generate increased sales revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customize the marketing automation system as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies between databases
  • Work with our marketing team to architect database integration into the CRM system and model marketing engagement milestones/cycles
  • Define, implement, maintain and document marketing automation best practices
  • including list management, optimization,A/B Testing, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting
  • Understand the bi-lateral data structures with Salesforce.com for data integration
  • Work with marketing platform support to troubleshoot issues and provide
  • team support
  • Drive marketing infrastructure and customization of the marketing automation platform including scoring, multi-touch drip nurture and broadcast emails, profiling, segmentation, workflows and ROI reporting
  • Implement and test trigger-based nurturing initiatives
  • Build frameworks for continuous optimization of click-through and conversion rates

Required skills:

  • BS in Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in high-tech B2B campaign execution and operations, integrated marketing and demand generation
  • 5+ years with Exact Target, Pardot or Marketing Cloud. Certification preferred
  • 5+ years marketing operations experience
  • Solid understanding of Web, CMS and related technologies
  • Logical and critical thinker with strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com or related CRM experience is a plus
  • HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery experience is a plus
