Under the leadership of your Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for the overall client satisfaction of assigned accounts, their revenue growth, profitability, and project management. You’ll use your deep understanding of social media strategy to lead the client and our internal team to deliver disruptive creativity. And you’ll identify and execute tactical growth plans to grow the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for managing and delivering joy to assigned accounts with minimum accountability for revenue of $1M-3M per year
  • Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives; key owner of all projects and processes from beginning to end
  • Lead the client and internal team to develop social media strategies that will break through the clutter.
  • Work closely with all client team members; participate in defining account plans, needs, KPI’s and translate these requests with clear briefs/direction to the internal teams
  • Serve as key partner and mentor to the client. Articulate agency practices, listen strategically, and upsell and support growth based on needs
  • Support intake and new business growth as needed
  • Build, lead and presents clients presentations, strategies and concepts
  • Ensure project alignment by defining roles and aligning with internal key team members to kick off projects
  • Oversee client paperwork (service agreements, SOWs, invoices, etc.)
  • Train and mentor Account Coordinators
  • Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients/accounts.
  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly revenue forecasts; track and maintain growth and status

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative agency and possibly brand marketing experience at large consumer brands.
  • Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid), with expertise managing social-first brand marketing campaigns is a plus 
  • Experience working with global client teams and partner agency teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Thrive in uncertainty and ambiguously-defined roles. Passion for trying new things jumping off the deep end.
  • Proven experience generating revenue and account growth within existing accounts
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communicator, skilled writer, extremely organized, professional demeanor
  • Ability to contribute in both a strategic and tactical capacity
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and team members

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $85,000-95,000* 

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
