 As a Junior Strategist, you will help keep the agency and our clients on the pulse of culture.  Our clients come to us to create disruptive social-first campaigns, manage their social media presence, and develop attention-grabbing innovation.

You’ll play a central role in these projects. Your responsibilities will vary project-to-project, giving you the opportunity to learn & hone broad strategic skills.  These can cover cultural analysis, competitive insights, data & analytics, content development and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of marketing campaign strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ensure channel strategy plans support overall brand goals and objectives communicated from client
  • Facilitate communication with Creative Department for the creation of campaign content
  • Summarize insights and listening observations to help create reports that lead to the optimization of future campaigns 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing campaign strategy 
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, pitch decks, and case studies 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative campaign idea 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 1-3 years of strategy experience at a creative agency 
  • Able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously 
  • Deep interest in Culture and Trends 
  • Proactive approach to work

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $60,000-65,000* 

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
