Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Movement Strategy is an independent social media agency. Now at its 13-year, with 100+ employees across offices, we produce groundbreaking content for partners including Netflix, Klarna, Amazon Prime Video, and Warner Bros. 

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Movement Strategy you are accountable for attracting and selecting the best candidates to join the team. You will own the entire recruiting process from working with hiring managers on job requirements to the closing and offer stage. You will leverage a deep knowledge of Movement Strategy’s business, partnering with the hiring managers and leadership team. The successful candidate will drive the talent process across employer branding, developing job specifications, passive and active sourcing, inbound and outbound inquiries, interview strategies and final selection processes that ensure a strong cultural addition and ability to impact organizational outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy 
  • Help drive talent strategy, partnering with the leadership team and hiring managers to attract and place exceptional talent across the organization
  • Strategize on ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them
  • Own the entire recruiting cycle with innovative and creative liberty to drive business impact
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process
  • Data-driven and analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics. Maintain accurate applicant data. Track and report on pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internally
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining an understanding of all requisitions within the company across multiple business functions 
  • Be viewed as a positive thought leader and one focused on internal and external client excellence
  • Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines
  • Manage relationships and activity with 3rd party vendors (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc) when needed

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 6+ years of experience working on multiple requisitions across a variety of roles supporting multiple hiring managers in different regions
  • Demonstrable ability to maintain productivity in ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Must have experience hiring full-time employees, preferably within a creative advertising agency
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership to create and drive hiring initiatives
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams
  • Knowledge of compensation and general Human Resources requirements as related to hiring
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills are a must
  • Creative agency experience preferred
  • Management experience is a plus
