About the role
A crucial member of the agile development team, you will work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure we continually ship the best quality product and help us deliver a technically challenging roadmap. We need someone who has a great attention to detail and is able to give constructive feedback. You will be our first customer on every feature we deliver. It is important that you share our passion for usability and help us revolutionise the relocation experience.
Whilst we continue to deliver industry leading technology we need a QA function to help facilitate that. You may have set up a QA function in the past or closely observed someone who has and wants to take that next step. Don’t worry, we will help with coaching and support along the way. We are at the start of a very exciting journey and need someone that can take ownership, learn and grow with the team and educate us on what is a good QA process.
Successful products are built with quality at the forefront. Working closely with the customer facing, product and engineering teams, you will be our first customer on every feature we deliver transforming any user story into a test case. You are patient and tenacious in tracking down potential defects, identifying any repeatable tests and with a drive to automate them. You share our passion for usability and have a strong input into the way the code, product and culture are built; helping us to revolutionise the relocation experience. You are passionate about trying new technologies and applying them in your job.

About the Engineering Team
We are an agile team working in fortnightly sprint release cycles. The engineering team is divided into product verticals. You will be aligned to one of the teams but will gain exposure to all of the products.
We have a very open environment and all ideas and feedback are welcomed. We have plenty of opportunities for this via project kick-off and round table sessions, regular reviews, retrospectives, tech discussions and debates.
One of our values is Learn Relentlessly. To help accelerate learning, we frequently hold drop-in sessions, lunch and learns and occasionally you may be working on proof of concepts to bring in new ideas or technologies.
We have a relaxed office vibe, Friday beers, sweets and snacks, no suits, geek t-shirts welcomed.
