Responsibilities:

  •   A/R and A/P processing in client specific technology platforms
  •   Review invoices for accuracy and compliance
  •   Initiate invoices for payment
  •   Interact with finance and HR professionals
  •   Enter banking information for foreign and domestic payments
  •   Communicate with clients (both internal and external)
  •   Correspond with vendors and clients
  •   Respond to inquiries
  •   File and maintain accurate records
  •   Resolve invoice discrepancies
  •   Developed Analytical and problem solving skills
  •   Understand and comprehend complex assignment and payment policies

Key Competencies

  •   Understand AP operations in a client/vendor environment
  •   Intermediate to Advanced experience & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
  •   High level of professionalism
  •   Ability to work well in a group setting and individually
  •   Ability to learn complex processes quickly
  •   Foreign language skills a plus but not required
  •   Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  •   High level of accuracy
  •   Ability to work in multi-tasked environment
  •   Analytical and problem solving skills
