We’re currently seeking a highly skilled technical support analyst to provide front-line technical IT support to our internal user base as well as our external customers. In this role, you will work with complex systems, securely designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of its life cycle. Objectives of this Role

  • Organize, track and respond to support requests and investigate application problems.
  • Propose and implement technical solutions independently and/or in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Investigate and establish temporary workarounds to minimize disruptions to end users. 
  • Manage and monitor end-user system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance.
  • Identify potential IT and Support related issues and integrate possible solutions.
  • Craft custom scripts, reducing requirement of human interaction.
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.


  • Use expert-level administration and optimization of hosts and applications to ensure high availability and appropriate resource management.
  • Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting technology.
  • Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
  • Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.
  • Organize, track and respond to support requests and investigate application problems.
  • Investigate and establish temporary workarounds to minimize disruptions to end users when problems require a programming fix that can’t be implemented right away.
  • Write and distribute end user documentation and instructions.
  • Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions.
  • Responsible for regional IT assets.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
  • Experience with desktop operating systems; current security tools and technologies, desktop performance-monitoring tools, SSO tools, virtualization
  • Knowledge of Apple and Microsoft O/S preferred
  • Experience supporting customers in a tier 1 capacity 
  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience analyzing business operations and configuring software applications to effectively support these operations
