ABOUT YOU

You’ll be eager to learn and passionate about building a career in construction. This is a great opportunity to work under the guidance of an MEP Project Manager and get exposure to a large mixed-use residential scheme in Acton, West London. If successful, you’ll gain experience in health & safety, planning, quality and co-ordination. Although, this is a learning role – you’ll be given the opportunity to manage small packages and gain hands on experience.

This role will be based on our large mixed-use residential scheme in Acton, West London. The scheme consists of 990 residential units with rooftop garden space and eco walk. The scheme will also feature leisure facilities, business lounge and screening room.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a trades background keen on working for a main contractor or a recent construction management graduate. You’ll have a minimum of 2 years work experience and have a learning mindset with a passion for progressing your career within MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This will be a learning role, but you’ll be responsible for the following areas within your first 6 to 12 months;

  • Deliver Health & Safety KPI’s
  • Creating MEP lookahead programmes
  • Quality checks
  • Building relationship with MEP sub-contractors.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years trade experience OR Construction related qualification (HND, HNC, Degree)
  • Communication skills (including written, verbal and face to face)
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with 3rd parties
