ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a newly created role for us, we’re excited to have someone who will manage the front-end of our finance systems and continuously optimise how our people use these systems to produce financial reporting, pay suppliers and subcontractors, and staff expenses.

You'll work as part of the wider Finance team which has a great mix of experience, energy and fun – you’ll learn and laugh a lot. There are a whole heap of improvements and changes we are making and want to make to our processes and systems that you’d support with.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be responsible for front-line support, system administration and process improvements which will include a review of our current systems and implementation of solutions that will optimise and improve the user experience.

You’ll challenge the Finance Team to realise the potential of their systems and how they can better support the work they do.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A strong understanding of finance systems and how data flows through systems and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to probe for more information until the full picture is uncovered
  • Ability to thrive in a goal orientated environment, set stretch and challenging targets, focus on priorities, and get things done at pace
  • Experience working to support Finance teams in a similar role is preferred
